For online orders of Tristaware, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing before shipping.

We use the US Postal Service for most orders. If you would like us to use an alternate shipper, please contact us when you place your order either via email at tristaware@live.com, or by phone at 540-907-0990.

Right now, we ship only to the continental United States. If you are interested in an international order, please contact us via email at: tristaware@live.com.
