All sales are final. If for some reason you are extremely dissatisfied with your purchase you can contact us via email at tristaware@live.com to discuss a possible store credit.

If an item is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and send us a photograph of the item and packaging. We will either replace the damaged items(s) or issue a refund.

If you have paid for a class and want a refund because you are unable to attend, you must notify us more than 24 hours before the class. If the instructor has already purchased materials, the cost of materials will be deducted from your refund.
