Refund Policy 

All sales are final. If for some reason you are extremely dissatisfied with your purchase you can contact us via email at tristaware@live.com to discuss a possible store credit.

If an item is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and send us a photograph of the item and packaging. We will either replace the damaged items(s) or issue a refund. 

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
